• We are FPLUS Cricket Bats Manufacturing, owned and operated by Arslan Umair Akbar, founded in 2017, located in Jamshoro, Hyderabad, Pakistan.

• All products are handcrafted cricket bats and related accessories manufactured in Pakistan.

2. Orders & Contract Formation

• All orders placed on our website are offers to purchase and are subject to acceptance by us.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason (e.g., pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud).
• A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email.
• Product images, descriptions, and specifications are for illustration only and may vary slightly due to handcrafted nature and natural wood variations.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated and include applicable taxes unless explicitly mentioned.
• Prices are subject to change without notice; the price at checkout applies.
• We accept payments via [list your methods: e.g., bank transfer, cash on delivery (COD), credit/debit cards, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, etc.].
• Full payment is required before dispatch unless COD is selected.
• You are responsible for any additional customs duties, import taxes, or fees if shipping internationally.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

• Due to the custom/handcrafted nature of cricket bats, we accept returns only for manufacturing defects (e.g., handle breakage not due to misuse, major structural flaws) reported within 7 days of delivery.
• All bats must be returned in original condition with tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.
• Normal wear, misuse, improper knocking-in, or damage from play is not covered.
• Refunds (if approved) exclude shipping fees and are processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days.

• No cancellations after dispatch.

6. Product Warranty

• We provide a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for 3 months from the date of purchase (for most models — check product page for specifics).
• Warranty covers only factory defects (e.g., poor glueing, handle issues not caused by user).
• Exclusions: misuse, improper care (e.g., inadequate knocking-in, exposure to moisture/extreme heat), modifications, or normal wear.
• Warranty claims require proof of purchase and return of the product for inspection.
• We will repair or replace at our discretion; shipping costs for warranty returns may apply.

7. Intellectual Property

• All trademarks, logos (including “FPLUS”, “Born to Perform”, crown emblem), product designs, website content, and images are owned by FPLUS or our licensors.
• You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use our IP for commercial purposes without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, FPLUS is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of our Services or products.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
• We are not responsible for injury, damage, or loss resulting from improper use of our bats.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FPLUS, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our products.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Pakistan.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
