What materials do you use to make F Plus cricket bats?
We use premium-grade willow sourced from trusted suppliers. Our range includes high-quality Kashmir Willow, Rawalakot Willow, and Sri Lankan willow. Every bat is handcrafted with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring excellent ping, balance, and durability. All bats go through strict quality control before leaving our workshop.
What is the difference between Kashmir Willow and other types?
Kashmir Willow is denser and more durable, making it ideal for hard tennis ball and leather ball cricket. It offers great value, longevity, and solid performance. Our premium Rawalakot and Sri Lankan willow bats are lighter with superior ping and are preferred by players looking for more power and a professional feel.
Can I get custom-made bats or bats with my own branding?
Yes! We specialize in customization and private branding. You can order bats with your own logo, sticker design, colors, weight specifications, engraving, or signature area. Whether it’s for your academy, club, shop, or personal use, simply visit our “Get a Quote” page and tell us your requirements.
How do I choose the right bat size and weight?
We recommend:
- Juniors (under 15): 32–34 inches, 800–950g
- Adults: 34–36 inches, 920–1100g (most players prefer 950–1050g) If you’re unsure, mention your height, playing style (aggressive or defensive), and preferred weight in the Get a Quote form — we’ll guide you.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Due to the handcrafted nature of our bats, we accept returns only for manufacturing defects or shipping errors within 7 days of delivery. The bat must be unused with all tags and packaging intact. Color/grain variations (natural in wood) are not considered defects. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Do you provide any warranty on the bats?
Yes. We offer a 3-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects (such as handle issues or poor glueing not caused by misuse). Normal wear, improper knocking-in, or damage from play is not covered. Please contact us with photos and your order number for warranty claims.
How long does delivery take within Pakistan?
Once your order is confirmed, most orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery across Pakistan usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. We use reliable couriers like TCS and Leopard. You will receive tracking details via email/WhatsApp.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, our website is set up for Pakistan delivery. However, we happily accept international orders. Please fill out the “Get a Quote” form and mention your country. We will provide you with pricing, shipping options, and customs information.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk order pricing?
Yes! We offer very competitive wholesale and bulk pricing for academies, cricket shops, clubs, tournaments, and resellers. The more you order, the better the price. Simply visit our “Get a Quote” page, select “Wholesale/Bulk Order”, and let us know your quantity and requirements.
How should I look after my new F Plus bat?
We strongly recommend proper knocking-in (at least 6–8 hours with a mallet) before first use. Apply a good quality bat oil or anti-scuff sheet on the face and edges. Avoid extreme heat, moisture, or direct sunlight. Store your bat in a cool, dry place. With proper care, your F Plus bat will perform at its best for a long time.
