At FPLUS Cricket Bats Manufacturing, we strive to deliver your premium handcrafted cricket bats quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. Please read our Shipping and Returns policies carefully below.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Order Confirmation Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email from our team. Order processing and credit/debit card verification may take up to 2–3 business days depending on payment method and information accuracy.

  • Dispatch & Delivery Time Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after confirmation (longer during peak periods or if custom work is required). Delivery within Pakistan typically takes 3–7 business days via our trusted courier partners (TCS, Leopard, or others). Remote areas or cities with limited courier service may take longer.

  • Shipping Charges Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and order value. Free shipping may apply on orders above a certain amount (check current promotions). All shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Out-of-Stock or Backordered Items If any item in your order is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you via email or phone. We will ship the available items first (if partial shipment is possible) or hold the order until full stock arrives.

  • International Shipping Currently, we ship only within Pakistan. For international inquiries, please contact us directly.

  • Delivery Issues You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. We are not liable for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges due to incorrect/incomplete addresses, recipient unavailability, or customs issues (for any future international orders). If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, contact us immediately with your order number.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Due to the handcrafted and personalized nature of our cricket bats (made from natural willow with unique grain patterns and custom specifications), we have a strict return policy focused on quality assurance.

  • Eligible Returns We accept returns or exchanges only for:

    • Manufacturing defects (e.g., handle detachment, major structural flaws not caused by use)
    • Wrong item shipped or shipping error on our part

    Color, shade, grain pattern, or minor texture variations (due to natural wood, monitor/screen differences, or lighting in photos) are not considered defects and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

  • Return Window Report any eligible issue within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns after this period will not be accepted.

  • Condition of Returned Item The product must be:

    • Unused
    • In original condition with all labels, tags, packaging, and accessories intact
    • Returned with proof of purchase (order number/invoice)
  • How to Return

    1. Email us at info@fpluscricket.com or call/WhatsApp +92 321 8311636 within 7 days.
    2. Provide clear photos of the defect/error and your order number.
    3. After our team reviews and approves, we will provide return instructions.
    4. Ship the item back to us (address provided upon approval) — return shipping cost is your responsibility unless the issue is our error.
  • Exchange & Refund Process

    • Approved exchanges will be for a product of equal or lesser value (any price difference is non-refundable).
    • Refunds (if offered) will exclude original shipping fees and return shipping costs.
    • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
    • Allow 1–2 billing cycles for the refund to reflect on your statement.
  • Non-Returnable Items

    • Used or damaged bats (due to play, improper knocking-in, moisture exposure, etc.)
    • Custom/personalized bats
    • Sale/discounted items (unless manufacturing defect)
    • Items without original packaging/tags
